Greenline
Sustainability is a task for society as a whole. This applies in particular to consumers and businesses. As a company, our goal is to make all our processes CO2-neutral. We conserve resources, minimize waste, and send recyclable materials for reprocessing. To this end, we have launched the "Greenline" program. Help us achieve this goal!
An overview of our measures:
Electricity: We generate the electricity we need ourselves using the photovoltaic system on the roofs of our company building. If the electricity we produce ourselves is insufficient, we purchase additional green electricity from 100% renewable sources.
Energy consumption: We reduce our energy requirements through modern building control technology and energy-efficient equipment. This includes time-controlled interior and exterior lighting, a smart air-conditioning system with heat exchangers for warehouses and offices and automatic window shading, the use of LED lighting throughout the warehouse area, and efficient storage systems with low energy consumption.
Packaging material: Our packaging material is plastic-free. We ship in cardboard boxes with paper as filling material. We use paper tape to seal the packages. This means our customers can dispose of the packaging material in the paper bin. We also use cardboard boxes from our suppliers for our outgoing packages. This is how we reduce packaging waste and conserve resources.
