Collection:
Ordered items can of course be collected free of charge in Herzlake (Siemensstr. 24, 49770 Herzlake, Germany). You then pay the invoice amount with the chosen payment method. Payment in cash on site is also possible. The collection can usually take place on the same day (Mon-Fri by 5 pm at the latest). You will receive a notification by e-mail as soon as the goods are ready for collection. Please contact us if you need the goods at a specific time.

Delivery time:
The deadline for the delivery begins with payment in advance on the day after the payment order has been issued to the transferring credit institution or in the case of other forms of payment the day after the contract is concluded and ends with the expiration of the last day of the deadline. If the last day of the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the State as the place of delivery, the next working day shall be replaced by such day.

Information about delivery times:
The delivery time within Germany is one to three days. In the table below, you will find delivery times for shipping to other countries, which you have to charge for the delivery time of three days.

Vouchers:
The delivery of download vouchers is free of charge by e-mail. The shipping costs for voucher cards are EUR 1.10 to Germany and EUR 1.80 to all other countries.

Payment methods

Invoice:

Pay the invoice amount conveniently by bank transfer within 10 days of receiving the goods.
To receive ordered goods on invoice, you must achieve "VIP Customer" status. Three conditions must be met for this:
- You must register as a customer (do not order as a guest).
- an order already successfully completed
- timely payment of outstanding amounts
Once all requirements are met, you will be automatically enabled for "payment on invoice" and "direct debit."

You provide your bank details during the checkout process. We then debit the invoice amount from your account. The goods will be shipped to you following a successful credit check. Please note that a chargeback fee of €10.00 applies if a debit attempt fails due to incorrect bank details or insufficient funds.

Cash on Delivery:

To Germany only. A cash-on-delivery fee of EUR 9.99 applies to all cash-on-delivery orders. The goods will be shipped immediately.

Tax and duties:
In the case of shipment to the non-EU country, additional taxes or costs (eg duties) which are not paid or charged by us will be charged by you directly to the responsible customs authorities, Or tax authorities. Please contact the authorities for details.

Please note: For deliveries to other EU countries, we are unfortunately required to charge the VAT applicable in the respective country. For deliveries to Denmark, we are unfortunately obliged to declare the value added tax valid in Denmark (25% Omsaetningsavgift).
